• Front Desk - A front desk agent is responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out of their rooms, and taking reservations over the phone. The ideal candidates are presentable, helpful, patient, and courteous towards guests and co-workers.

• Maintenance - General building maintenance including minor repairs, touchups, and monitoring hotel conditions. Individual may also be responsible for hiring appropriate trades and other service providers in order to complete more complex projects.

• Night Audit - Simple accounting procedures performed at night. Some booking experience is required. Duties may also include front desk (see above).

• Grounds Keeping - Depending on the season the job will have a variety of responsibilities. The colder seasons will require snow shoveling and ice removal. The warmer seasons, on the other hand, will require lawn mowing, planting and watering flowers, pruning, etc.
