Office Administration-
Tasks may include greeting visitors,
handling incoming calls, and performing
general administrative duties. Knowledge
of various software programs is a must.

Intermediate Office
Administration- Extensive
computer software and internet search
duties. Strong communication and
multi-tasking skills are a must!

Senior Office Administration-
Duties may include technical
editing for law or medical offices,
supervision of other staff, etc.

Transcription-
Responsibilities involve
taking minutes at meetings,
followed by transcribing and organizing
the spoken word into a hard copy format.

Book Keeper- Ideal
individual will have experience in
various bookkeeping processes such as
payroll, A/P, A/R, and bank
reconciliation. Duties will include, but
won't be limited to, gathering, sorting
and imputing various financial
information into a database,
spreadsheet, or accounting software
program while meeting accounting
protocols and deadlines.

Accountant- Five years
of experience and a CMA, CGA or CA is
required for this position.

IT Consultant- Ideal
candidate will have a minimum of five
years of experience solving various IT
challenges and will have post-secondary
training in information technology.
