• Mill Labour - Usually involves working in a hot and dusty industrial environment. Duties may include bagging industrial products, general physical labour and specific tasks related to the extraction and production of cement-related products and aggregates, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, limestone, or asphalt. Full personal protective gear is required and provided by PPP.
  
  
• Midnight Mill Labour - Above duties performed overnight.
  
  
• Senior Mill Labour - Ideal individual will have experience working in a mill environment, be skilled in various aspects of the mill process and will be safety oriented to the possible dangers present. After several weeks of working as a general mill labourer, an employee may be promoted to a senior mill labour position.
  
  
• Mill Labour Supervisor - Duties will include orientating new mill labourers to the processes and procedures that they are responsible for, monitoring their progress, and acting as an emergency contact for employees.
