Approach

Our approach is a simple one - provide good work for our workers and provide good workers for our clients.

For our clients, we:

  • Ensure the workers we place with our clients have the appropriate skills to meet and/or exceed expectations
  • Respond to worker needs on short notice - including same day service!
  • Provide 7 days of extended hour service
  • Cover all payroll costs including remittances, vacation pay, and WCB coverage
  • Manage all paperwork (e.g., ROEs, T-4's, year-end reporting)
  • Transport workers to the job site as needed
  • Ensure workers are fully equipped with the appropriate Personal Protective gear.

For our workers, we:

  • Provide competitive hourly wages paid weekly
  • Offer a variety of positions and types of works
  • Pay holiday & statutory pay weekly
  • Offer a flexible schedule
